Products are shipped via USPS as Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Orders over $100 will automatically be shipped via Priority Mail.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges will be granted for 30 days from date of purchase. Buyer will pay $7.95 shipping for the exchange, unless due to a problem with the jewelry.
REPAIRS
In the rare occasion when a crystal item should break, or be in need of repair, you may return it to be repaired or replaced with the equivalent crystal. I will re-string the jewelry, clear any energy from it, and refresh the piece with the Reiki Energy within it.
Repair of any item is free of charge for up to six months from the date of purchase. The limit for crystal replacements within a piece is up to three crystals. .After that date there will be a charge of $25 for this service.. Total Cost is $25 plus $7.95 for shipping and handling for a total cost of $32.95.
Repairs may take up to 4 weeks due to the process used when creating these pieces.
